A / No handoff
The person who draws it is the person who compiles it.
Our designers write the front-end. Our engineers sit in critique. There is no translation layer, so nothing gets lost between a Figma frame and a merge request.

ANTFORM is a small studio of designers and engineers who ship the interface, the firmware story and the system behind it — in one room, in one loop.
01 — Premise
A / No handoff
Our designers write the front-end. Our engineers sit in critique. There is no translation layer, so nothing gets lost between a Figma frame and a merge request.
B / Prototype first
Week one produces something clickable, testable or solderable. Strategy emerges from handling the object rather than from a document that describes it.
C / Systems over screens
Tokens, component APIs, state models, service blueprints and the ops runbook ship together — so the team after us can extend the work without calling us.
D / Opinionated, then quiet
Once the direction is set, the work becomes unglamorous: edge cases, error copy, latency budgets, thermal limits, accessibility audits.
02 — Selected work
Illustrative case studies — fictional projects shown to demonstrate range.
03 — Capabilities
“Show me the build, not the mock-up.”
04 — Method
Two weeks to find the smallest version of the idea worth testing. We remove scope until the remaining piece has a spine.
Illustrative: 2 weeksDesign and code advance together in daily loops, reviewed against real content, real devices and real failure states.
Illustrative: 6–14 weeksRepository, tokens, test suite, accessibility report and a recorded walkthrough — then we step back and you keep moving.
Illustrative: 1 week05 — Contact
Tell us what is stuck, what is undefined, or what nobody has been able to explain to a user yet. We reply to every serious note within two working days.
